1. General Terms & Acceptance

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the full range of 8mb bet services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals who meet all of the following criteria.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account. 8mb bet will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 8mb bet immediately by contacting [email protected]. 8mb bet may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorised access.

2.4 Duplicate Accounts

Registering more than one account — whether under the same name, address, email address, phone number, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 8mb bet reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and historical bets placed from those accounts, and forfeit any balance, bonuses, or winnings held in those accounts without compensation.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

8mb bet supports a range of payment methods tailored to the needs of Bangladesh players. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated. The platform uses SSL encryption to protect all payment data in transit.

3.4 Currency & Exchange

If you make a payment from an account denominated in a different currency, your payment provider will apply currency conversion at their prevailing rate, and any resulting exchange rate costs are borne by you.

3.5 Fraudulent Transactions

Any use of stolen, fraudulently obtained, or otherwise unauthorised payment methods on the 8mb bet platform is strictly prohibited. 8mb bet cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial authorities in the investigation of suspected payment fraud. Accounts associated with fraudulent transactions will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited pending investigation.

4. Bonus & Promotions Policy

4.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses at 8mb bet are subject to wagering requirements — a specified multiplier applied to the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per promotion) that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus value must be wagered thirty times in total using real-money or bonus funds as specified.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely. 4.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses and associated free bet credits are subject to expiry dates. Once a bonus expires, it is automatically removed from your account along with any winnings generated exclusively from that bonus. Wagering requirements must be met in full before the expiry date. Time extensions are not granted under normal circumstances.

5. Player Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 8mb bet platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all registered players at all times.

5.1 Player Obligations

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8mb bet platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports manipulation.
• Colluding with other players at live casino tables or in any poker or card game format to gain an unfair advantage.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 8mb bet platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, game interfaces, software code, and databases — is the intellectual property of 8mb bet or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.1 Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 8mb bet platform for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, licence, or otherwise exploit any content from the 8mb bet platform for any commercial purpose.

6.2 Restrictions

7.3 Involuntary Suspension or Closure

7.4 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of your account for any reason, your licence to use the 8mb bet platform terminates immediately. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balances remaining after verification will be returned in accordance with 8mb bet's standard withdrawal procedures, subject to any applicable holds or investigations.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disputes

8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

8.2 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 8mb bet's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising under these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by you during the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ৳10,000, whichever is greater.

8.3 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your account, a specific bet, a promotion, or any other aspect of the Service, you should first contact the 8mb bet support team at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the support team, you may escalate the matter by writing formally to the 8mb bet management team. 8mb bet's decision on escalated disputes, reached after full review of all relevant records and communications, shall be considered final and binding.

8.4 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software bug that results in an incorrect display of odds, prices, payouts, or game outcomes, 8mb bet reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the original stake to the player's account. Winnings generated as a direct result of a technical error are not valid and will not be honoured. 8mb bet will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct technical errors promptly and to notify affected players.
